1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
You can request a return or exchange within the same day after receiving the product, subject to the following conditions:
- The product has not been used and is in its original packaging (including all tags, accessories, and manuals).
- The product is not damaged or altered, and any issues are not due to improper use.
- The product is a standard stock item (custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange).

Return/Exchange Confirmation:Our customer service team will review your return/exchange request and confirm whether the product is eligible for return or exchange. Once confirmed, you will receive further instructions for the return or exchange process.

Return the Product: Please return the product to us as per our instructions. Ensure that you use a tracked and insured shipping method to prevent loss or damage during transit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Return Shipping and Related Costs
